1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to ask for a return or refund. To be eligible, items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original state.

2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)

Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we take full accountability. We will offer a full refund or a free reshipment.

Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, reach out to us at support@pioneertoolco.shop within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the damage. We will arrange a refund or a replacement right away.

3. Customized Items

Be aware that personalized/customized items are final sale unless they arrive defective or with a printing mistake. In such situations, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.

4. How to Start a Request

Response Time: We will reply to your inquiry within 1 business day.

Please include your order number and the reason for the request in your email.

5. Refund Processing

Approval: Once your request is approved, the refund will be given to your original payment method.

Timeline: You will generally get your refund within 1 – 3 business days.

Note: The exact time for the funds to show up in your account depends on your financial institution.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
