FS Tools’ finishing up-cut spiral router bits are ideal for CNC routers, producing exceptionally smooth cuts without any chipping, fuzz, or tear-out on the bottom surface. Further, the upward cutting action delivers unmatched chip extraction for clean machining and less heat build-up for longer tool life.
Each bit is made of special submicron, extended life carbide, then the flutes are precision-ground and semi-polished for excellent performance. The 30-degree helix design allows these bits to plunge with ease.
